Product Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to start the process.

To begin your exchange, email us at humanimalfit@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to swap.

Please note:
We cannot accept exchanges or returns for items purchased more than 15 days after delivery. No exceptions.

 

Returns Policy

We offer a 15-day return window for a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

If an item is shipped back after the 15-day return period, the maximum possible refund is 50%, but this amount is not guaranteed.

To return an item:

• Initiate your return via email.
• Securely package your item(s).
• Ship them prepaid to the address specified in your reply email authorizing your return/exchange (we cannot accept C.O.D. packages)

 

Processing & Refunds

Once your return arrives and our warehouse team inspects it, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The credit will automatically be issued to the original form of payment.

Please keep in mind:

•Your bank or credit card provider may require one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.

•Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $75.
Free shipping applies to our standard USPS mailing option and is valid within the continental U.S. (48 states).

All other shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipping Times

All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier volume and location.

If your order is placed after 12 PM EST, it will be processed the following business day.

We do not ship on weekends or on USPS-recognized holidays.

 

Estimated Delivery Options:

• Standard: ~7 Business Days
• 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days
• Next Day Air: 1 Business Day

 

Processing & Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed and your order is received:

•Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

•Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they return to stock.

•A tracking number will be issued and become active within 24–48 hours after shipment.
